c. 30-Day Return for Any Reason

Undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. After the returned product is shipped back and validated as a returnable product by our expert, we will fully refund you within 7 working days.

Requirements for a returned product?

  • Within the 30-day return window;
  • Include all accessories with the original packaging;
  • Only if the return is caused by defects or damages by the product itself, the related shipping fees will be covered by us;
  • Our experts will determine whether your order is eligible for return;
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements;
  • Corporate purchases/bulk orders may not be refundable.

How to return a product?

2. We will provide you with a shipping address within 24 working hours;

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days after the product is returned and has been determined eligible for return. The refund will be issued back via the original payment method as you placed the order.
