c. 30-Day Return for Any Reason
Undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. After the returned product is shipped back and validated as a returnable product by our expert, we will fully refund you within 7 working days.
Requirements for a returned product?
- Within the 30-day return window;
- Include all accessories with the original packaging;
- Only if the return is caused by defects or damages by the product itself, the related shipping fees will be covered by us;
- Our experts will determine whether your order is eligible for return;
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements;
- Corporate purchases/bulk orders may not be refundable.
How to return a product?
1. Contact our support team and apply for the product return with the reason for the return and related documents for your orders;
2. We will provide you with a shipping address within 24 working hours;
3. Share the following with us when you ship out the returned product:

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days after the product is returned and has been determined eligible for return. The refund will be issued back via the original payment method as you placed the order.
